Wow. The Complete Guide to Adult ADHD: Practical Tools and Strategies to Shift Your Mindset, Manage Symptoms, Improve Relationships, Boost Productivity, and Finally Take Control of Your Life was a real eye-opener for me, and I want to thank Rachelle for choosing me to narrate her book.

ADHD is unfortunately (and innacurately) portrayed as a child’s condition, and as a result there is not many resources out there targeting adults. I loved how compassionately she addressed the struggles that she, along with so many others, face regularly. The advice she gives is easy to adopt, and I particularly appreciated how approachable and manageable the book is. Even those who have not been diagnosed with ADHD can use this book in their everyday lives.
