After finishing her previous work, Native American Herbalism, Sophia reached out to work with me on the next in the series: Ancient Herbal Apothecary. Like it’s predecessor, it’s a compendium of herbs, but it includes herbs that were used by ancients across the globe. The format is slightly different, but that makes it even more accessible than the previous book. Well worth the read.
